The Pedersoli single set is the best. Identical to an original Mortimer I once had. Believe it or not. I paid $90 for it from , Ithink, Track, about 15 years ago. It's perfect. Very comnplex. Someday i'll use it.

MBS has single set trigger assembly listed. I think it is the same mechanism that Davis offers also. I used one on a rifle a few years back and it works well. It can be installed to provide a good pull unset, which you can hardly ever do with double sets .

I tried to buy one from Pedersoli a couple of years ago...... They wanted $350, plus shipping.

You just missed one on the for sale section. Complete with triggerguard.

hortonstn; Sir, good morning. Contact "Stan Hollenbauch , small locks". Look under parts and locate single set triggers. I have 2 (two) and have installed a third. I think they are in the $65.00 range, not sure. Have a great Holiday. AJ.

Be aware that that type of trigger works by a roller snapping over a cam. As soon as the roller goes over the top, the trigger snaps to the rear. Some have trouble adapting to this as it can cause an involuntary flinch.

I have two rifles with these triggers.  Love them.
