Shotgun proof marks

A friend just inherited an old two row muzzloading shotgun. Anybody have an idea as to it's origin by these proof marks?

I believe an older Liege proof. Unfortunately the corrosion and patina make it difficult to be 100% certain.

Lower end Belgian or possibly Birmingham. Twist-type tubes (laminated) made before the dawn of smokeless powder. If no evidence of "ELG" can be found, then likely Birmingham.

Unmounted barrels for export were not required to have a full set of proofs.

The sling mounts would point this to anywhere in Europe but England I think.  I could not find the proofs here http://www.nramuseum.org/media/940944/proofmarks.pdf I do not recall ever seeing an English shotgun with sling swivels.
