Tim Williams on the blogspot

Among the great pictures from the Lewisburg show I saw 2 rifles by Tim Williams. One looks to bad an Easton rifle influenced by Isaac Berlin and the other a Lancaster Newcomer. I like what I see and would like to see more of his work.

I thought the same thing when I viewed the blog today.  Very nice rifles and would like to see more views of them.

He has a nice website.  Looks like he closely follows specific originals.  The Berlin rifle has great carving details.

Tim sets up right across from me at Lewisburg and I always enjoy seeing what he's brought and visiting with him. The two rifles TIm brought this year were outstanding. He makes a great bow as well. He and his wife are both great people, the only problem I have with him is he won't sell me his hat.

I have known Tim for 20+years. For years he and some friends would come to a large traditional archery shoot in MD. He was making osage bows that made everyone drool. Then I ran into him at Ft Frederick about 5 years ago and found out he had been making longrifles full time for a while. Now I have to back away from his table to keep from drooling on his longrifles! Shared a camp with him last fall, a nicer guy you will never meet!
