Whats the bore size and barrel length?

around 47 inches long and the bore is the same as my india patern brown bess so 75 cal i think.

That lock looks like a sporting lock to me. Probably a  fowler of some kind and never was a military
piece.

Looks like a sporting piece, a fowler. Maybe a Spanish barrel.
Don't believe English, Dutch or German pieces would have that type of engraving on the buttplate

It's a restocked gun using various parts. The buttplate, barrel , trigger guard are all from the same gun and are   Belgian/Dutch ca. 1720-40 The lock is English post 1810. Restocked badly, who knows when. Value? Badly restocked, probably less than $400.

It seems these Belgian/Dutch guns were traded only along the very Northern part of the New England coast and probably into Canada as well ca. 1710-1740. They don't seem to have been used by native Americans as these parts never show up in archeological digs. These are also referred to as Liege guns as they were built there as well as Utrecht. There as a not so great picture of one in Grinslade's fowler book.
Here's mine. Original stock. Forestock from the rear pipe forward is a restoration. The lock, though old, is British and incorrect for this gun.

I'd call it a restocked Liege fowling gun.

That blob on the barrel is probably a chunk of gold where the maker stamped his logo at one time.  Take it to a jeweler and have them do an acid test on it.  It's probably worth more that the rest of the gun.
