Who made this lock?

Had my pistol apart tonight to work on the sights and noticed this marking on the inside of the lock:

 

Anyone know who might have assembled this lock?  It's a small Siler, if that helps.  Thanks!

Thanks!  Researching Mr. Sales a little further seems to indicate that I have a pretty nice lock.  I guess even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while!
