Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Staining and Finishing for Muzzleloading Gun Builders,Methods and Materials from 1750-1850 by William Knight?

When I bought my copy, Dixon's was the only place that had it and I had to phone them and ask. It's more of a large pamphlet than a book.
