Davis Locks and Triggers

It seems that everyone is ready to criticize a manufacturer for perceived poor product or service, and seldom do we recognize a supplier for outstanding customer support.
I would like to recognize the R.E. Davis for outstanding customer service. I have used Davis products for years and  always been satisfied with their quality and workmanship. Recently I was installing a Davis double set trigger in a Edward Marshal rifle that I am building, and in the process of slightly bending the trigger bar it snapped. I have done this many times with their triggers with no problems, when I examined the trigger bar it was apparent why, the bar had a fault that was completely hidden from the outside. When I bent the bar it snapped at the fault. I contacted the company and explained the problem. I had a new trigger bar to replace the broken one in three days. Now that's great service. Good job Tim, I appreciate the quick turnaround and your great customer service.
