Tiger Hunt or Muzzleloader Builder's Supply stocks
« on: March 03, 2017, 05:47:34 AM »
I need a new stock for my project. Does anyone have any experience with precarved stocks from Tiger Hunt and/or Muzzleloader Builder's Supply. If so how would you compare the quality of stocks between the two. Is one much better than the other, or are they fairly equal?

Have not used Tiger Hunt but have use MBS. I have been very happy with MBS. Talk to Ryan about what you want and he will go look at what he has and describe it to you while on the phone.

Thanks for the responses. I went with MBS, because they had what I was looking for in stock. It would be a two month wait with Tiger Hunt.

Consider Pecatonica River Rifle Supply also. Their maple is always hard and dense with curl better than I expected. Also have bought several pieces of fancy walnut that has spectacular figure.
