We had a GREAT time. I didn't win a thing - came close in trap with my flinter but no cigar.  I used my short flint 20 bore smoothie for the whole match - lots of fun - only hit one long target, the bunny in the hole - only a bit larger than a cotton tail - about 90 yards - just lucky.  Taylor shot his Chambers NE Fowler with RB - did better than I did - 1 point higher, I think.  I'm thinking of practicing with it and only using it at Hefley this year - time will tell.  Good turn out - 3 new faces - always a good thing.

Hi Daryl. I'm glad you had a great time on the weekend.  I'd love to see a photo of Taylor's NE fowling gun. I knew that he had , or rather, had built a Chambers Penn. smoothbore, but I didn't know about the NE gun.  What bore size is it ?
