I know that you said it was shooting fine before but I was having a similar problem. When I went to heavier patch material it tightened up my groups.

Make sure the tang is tight as it should be. A loose screw in the tang can make them shoot all over the place.

Have someone watch and ensure you are not looking over the sights ( lifting off the stock) at the target.
