That looks like a Belgian proof mark to me. And not a very early one either.

I can't find it any place. I thought it was Dutch. If it is a late mark as you think, maybe it is a late trade gun. Belgium is known for that.

Ok, I see it now. I was looking at the mark horizontal not vertical, now it is clear. Thanks
