This is a knife I forged from an old rasp. I did this a few years ago for my father. We worked on it together , he did most of the file work on the blade . I made the guard ,as well as the elk scales . The blade is 12 inches long by, 1 3\4 inches wide. It is 3\16 thick at the spine . It turned out pretty well , it really holds a nice edge. Nate
