I saw a superb example in a back issue of the Double Gun Journal but they all
look alike and I did not make a note of which one it was in.English styling, caplock
but it could be made into a flintlock.Maybe Daryl or Taylor can post a picture of
the style I am trying to describe.

John... I’m building 2 of them for my kids. I’m following no particular style. My rifles and not necessarily any school. I can’t be of much help as I am a rank novice. Reading old posts and receiving a ton of help from this group I am well overloaded with great thoughts and ideas.
My best advice would be to start with a kit I guess but whatever you decide make it a fun experience . This is the first 32 I built many yrs ago. Dan

I don't see how one could beat a Kibler SMR kit.

thanks for the reply's I prefer to build from a blank .it is my understanding that smaller cal rifles came later, so what school would be best .

I'd like a .32 cal Bedford for squirrel hunting.
