I have almost completed my research paper on Jacob Shaffer of Wythe County, Virginia. I have just a couple more rifles to photograph and it will be headed for publication. Does anyone have any extra information they wouldn't mind sharing on him? Never know where a piece of info will pop up that may be unknown.
