We've got a place in Montana, but we're in BC most of the time.  Dual citizenship is a blessing.

You guys in BC have some very nice country to live in.  I have friends in Kelowna and for 10 years use to fly or ride my motorcycle up and spend a week with them.  Got lot good memories of that area of the country.  My passport has expired so guess I will not be making to that part of the world again.

Yes gone are the days a B.C. Driver's License was all that was needed to run down to the States or over to Hawaii.

I have a feeling this summer will be fairly normal - at least we can hope 'the fires' are over for a while.
