This is Baer Kllr after I started the finishing process. I didn't have time to take finished photo's before delivery. Still not completely happy with my technique of finishing wood and metal but it's getting there.

I really like the looks of that, what a rifle! What about your finish do you not like? The barrel looks pleasing to a new guy like me, can’t really tell the stock finish.

I know I left my share of “paw prints” on it...beautiful rifle that just begs to be handled, warm and inviting...I like everything about it!

Really nice job. I do prefer that new rifles to look the part - like new rifles, however you have done a very nice job.
My only real concern is the date on the top flat.

Offhand at 25 yards. The high shot was all on me.

Got my share of fingerprints and slobber on it. It a unique and really nice rifle. Really feels good when you put it to your shoulder. Stoner beat me to the Baer Kiler but hey Brian's next one is gonna be mine. Be more of a Hog Kiler. Can't wait to take it for a walk in the swamp. Tim

I'm sorry I missed seeing that in person. Either it wasn't there Friday or I just walked by it half a dozen times and never noticed. At shows I tend to focus on originals and usually don't do more than glance at the reproductions.
What is the caliber?

Brian, What`s not to like about that finish? I really like the color of both wood and metal. The barrel color shows your engraving nicely. SUPER effort!!! Nate

Everyone at the show liked this gun. Sure do like that nose cap.
Brian it's a mighty fine rifle ! What's not to like about it?
Sure had everyone's interest an it comes up like a fine shotgun ! Which is something I like. Sights are right there ! Be one fine bunny running gun I do say...! Oldtravler

Congratulations on a fine-looking rifle. Really can't find a single thing to complain about that build.

I'm still not completely happy with my gunk part of the finish. I'm always trying something new, trying to get just the right look. Even when I think it looks really good the next time the same finish doesn't do the same thing. Some times I even strip most of the finish off and start over. It probably takes me as long to put a finish on a rifle as it does to build it. I look at each build as art as much as I do a shooting tool. I'm not saying that shooting takes a back seat it's just the art of the rifle is just as important to me as shooting.

The artistic ingredients to this piece are what first drew me to it and to ultimately purchase the piece. Second was the pleasing profile and proportions.
Bonus: it’s a shooter.

You've got to be kidding. I love the finishes on this one. The stock shaping and architecture are drool-worthy in my book as well. I sure would be proud to own this one and shoot it.
God Bless, Marc
