I don't mind inletting complicated Pboxes if they look good, but the Pbox shown has all those "pickers" which to me would be better left off.....they don't add anything except to make it look "fuzzy".
A s far as style of LR, that's subjective and whatever toots your horn is what you should have, but as a hunter, some stock designs aren't all that comfortable to shoot w/ hunting loads. I like the curved buttstocks and my choice was between Lehighs and Bucks Countys and BCs was chosen because of a more comfortable buttstock.
Allen Martin and few other makers of Lehigh style LRs make comfortable shooting Lehighs, but many other builders make "cheek slappers" and I can attest to that because my first and only Lehigh was a pain to shoot.......Fred
