Any one heard of him. I have a nice rifle with his name on lock. Percussion with double set triggers. About 38cal. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks rick

The name on the lock is rarely the builder. Most likely a lock maker. If it’s hand engraved it might be the builder. If it’s a stamp, it highly unlikely to be the builder.

Isn't that the guy that made Jack Hinson's rifle? I'm probably wrong, but the name sounds familiar.
