Not sure what area full paneled powder horns were originally from, any info would be greatly appreciated.

 :D :D :D... not familiar with full-paneled horns,...however, horns with 8-paneled tips have been associated with areas of North Carolina,.... NOW,... I have a question,... did you get your forum name from "OLD GABE", the famous Gabriel McInturff Tennessee match rifle once owned and used in matches by Walter M. Cline,... ???... regards, ...  From what I have seen Paneled horns can turn up from just about anywhere.

I believe that paneled horns, as Tim says, can originate from almost anywhere. Some designs of horns are simple yet elegant and fairly easy to do with limited tools. These designs are ubiquitous and show up any time, any where.
