Blades for Lake Cumberland Show.

Got the touchmark applied to these blades, normalized x3, quench and now in for heat treatment. This is a pic pre-quench. Looking forward to getting these blades show ready. 


Might be easier if I rotate the pic....

Very nice looking design I like the profile on these.  What is the steel and what are you going to do for handles?  I look forward to seeing them.

The large blade is a piece from an antique farm implement. There is a one forged from a file and the rest are 1084. Generally, my go-to steel is 1084.

Most of these will be hafted to antler, but I have some curly maple that I may put a few blades in.
