Actually, all of the super glues, are CA as far as I know.
Cyanoacrylate is the chemical.
Thin, med or thick, a small drop on the cleaned steel top flat, set the
flat base of the sight on it and press down on the top of the sight.
Hold for 10 seconds and that should be good. I would wait another
minute before shooting, or spritzing the sight base with a 'kicker'
chemical also available from a hobby store will cause instant boning.
This is an instant 'setting agent' for the CA.
Spritz the base of the sight with kicker, then push down onto the "TINY"
drop of CA on the top flat.
Do not use such a large drop as to cause it torun down the side of the barrel
and into the stock inlet. That might glue your barrel to the stock at that point.
