Classes
« on: July 19, 2019, 05:27:01 PM »
Someone was complaining about the lack of the availability of good classes.  I had heard of this school but never paid much attention to it.  It's located in Franklin, IN just south of Indianapolis.  They hold around 400 classes each year, mostly on woodworking, but also have engraving, 18th century woodcarving, knifemaking, woodturning.  FEGA master engraver Mike Dubber is holding a class in Oct.

Check the 2019 classes to see what's still available this year and request next years catalog.

Guys,

The Artisans Guild in Millersburg, Ohio has classes in a variety of hand craft/tools/ techniques.  Recently I taught a class where the students had hands-on instruction in freshing, boring, rifling, making screws, making a lock tumbler and a lot of other 18th c gunmaking skills.
