F. Lefort rifle

This rifle has been a bit of a mystery to me.  A Francisque Lefort is listed in Savanah, Georgia in 1811. The rifle was originally percussion so ignore the flintlock lock that someone put in it later.   Very long and in nice condition, it does show characteristics of being southern made.  I may have seen one other Lefort rifle but, as I recall, it was a very early rifle.  The rifle does not appear to be a restocked barrel.  This one may remain a mystery.

Certainly looks right and southern to me as well.
