Antiquing gold

Does anyone know of any tricks to age gold or give it some patina? Please Help

  Gold doesn't tarnish.  There are some complicated ways to color it.

What karat gold?  There is little or nothing you can do to 24K gold, short of painting it, to change its color.  However, the lower the gold content, the more tricks there are for changing the color of the gold.  I can be more specific if I know what karat gold you want to antique.
