Shooting bag

Finished this smaller bag today...

Bag body measures about 7" wide and about 7" tall from the bottom to the lowest point of the flap stitching. Pouch itself is about 5" deep with a 1" gusset.

The bag itself is 3-4 oz veg tan and the strap is about 6 oz. Both were dyed with commercial dye, however the strap came out darker, almost black. The inset behind the crosshatch cutout in the flap is dyed green, stitched around the edges and further reinforced by brass rivets.

There is one pocket sewn to the inside back of the pouch... 5.5" wide x 3.5" deep.

All stitching was done by hand with hemp carriage thread

Not really historically correct, but I wanted to try something different. I will post it for sale, so if you're interested it can be yours.

(Sorry about the lavender rug. It was my daughter's room... kinda chilly outside and the rug gave enough contrast to make a decent background)
