Lots of variables depending what you are allowed to import. Barrels, locks and triggers must be bought. Everything else can be made. Let us know more.

Welcome Alexandre. Your English is fine. Your command of the English language is certainly is better than my command of Portuguese and Spanish.
Everything on a ML gun can be made, even barrels, locks and triggers. There is a tutorial on making single phase set triggers in the tutorial section of this forum. More informaiton on making various parts can be found in the archives of the old board.
Moreover, instructions for making both set triggers and plain triggers are illustrated in the books, "The gunsmith of Grenville County" and "Recreating the American Longrifle".
Making locks from scratch can be problematic if one does not understand the proper relationships of the parts and how they work together, but locks can be made without too much difficulty by using a little creative manipulation of readily available items. Frizzens and sears can be made of angle iron, for example.
Barrels can be forged, or drilled with a gun drill, if one has the equipment to do that kind of work.
Some basic information on gun locks can be found at these links;
