Usually any mark on the lock is that of the lock maker, not the gun maker. The triggers look like the parts might be cast, or drop forged, which would make it late nineteenth, or early twentieth century. Poured nose caps on fullstocks are generally Southern features, as is the tailless entry pipe. So if I had to guess I would say it probably from somewhere like Tennessee, or Kentucky.
