Does anyone know of Bud Brown who may have built the Ithaca Hawken rifles back in the late '70s? There's a couple of these rifles on Gunbroker and the seller claims Bud Brown built them for Ithaca. They say he worked at the Cherry Sports Shop. I think they are referring to The Cherry Corners Gun Shop.
Bud Brown's name is awfully familiar, but I can't place it.
