Two new knives
« on: September 29, 2020, 10:39:25 PM »

One turned curly hickory and one fluted horn with a small engraving on the blade inspired by the works of Mr. Pratt.

Thank you, sir. I’d like to see pics when you do the fluted horn tips.

I don't know which one I like better, and I can definitely see an Ian Pratt influence.   I see some Ken Gahagan in there too.  Good company for sure.

The curly maple handle is very eye-catching.  The horn handle recalls fluted columns and fine English furniture of the day.  Neat filing of the guards too.

Sharp work all around.   God Bless,   Marc

Nice work on both. My choice would be the wood handled knife, just my preference.
