Freddie Harrison longrifle

On a auction I saw this flintlock. 45 caliber longrifle by Harrison, try to find out the value of this gun. Give me advice please

Freddie did exceptionally good work. He lived near and associated himself with Frank Bartlett and Houston Harrison to name only a couple. He was around for much of the renascence of the sport from the 1960s until his passing in 2013. He was very innovative and creative his entire career. I’m proud to have finally found one of his rifles to add to the collection. Don’t worry about that one! It’s a keeper.

There's a Freddie Harrison rifle in my  "group" now. I'll get pics and share next time I'm near it.  It's a plainer gun than that one, but of course a fine rifle.  I'm still working with wood I bought from Freddie.

My first question would be what's the condition of the bore?
Appears to have been used some and could be quite a sorry mess, or not.

According description it has a octagonal barrel with clean, sharp rifled bore

In an auction the value is whatever the gun is worth to you as a bidder.  Decide what you will pay(or what your budget will allow.  ;)  ) and subtract the buyers premium, taxes , and shipping for your max bid.   An appraisal isn't much good if determined bidders get going.

I don't think I have ever seen guns of that grade with a bad bore.

My first flintlock was a Freddie Harrison rifle. I bought it at DGW 4/16/74 on my way home after being discharged from the service in Louisiana.
It was one of his earlier efforts with a little too much wood left forward of the rear ramrod thimble. 13/16 .45 Douglas barrel and a lock Dixie sold in kit form at the time as a Southern Mountain Rifle lock.
The lock always gave trouble and was eventually replaced with a small Siler that was almost a drop in.
