Those of you that are driving out to the CLA show via I-64 through WV may be interested in stopping by Huntington WV and visiting the Huntington Museum of Art. A friend of mine told me that he and his wife stopped by and found a pretty nice collection of longrifles and horns. I appears to be only a couple of miles off I-64 in Huntington and might be worth your while to stop by. Hours are 10 to 9PM on Tuesday and 10-5PM Wed thru Saturday, Noon to 5PM on Sunday. Closed on Mondays. Here is a link:

That collection includes at least one of the fake Daniel Boone marked rifles. It is worth seeing so you can put your mind to rest about whether it is real or not.
Like many old collections, the good is mixed with the awful.
