Leather for Walnut Handled Dirk
« on: February 18, 2021, 11:38:03 PM »
Completed the leather work for the Walnut Handled Dirk I posted a while back.  Really appreciate the tutorial by Wick Ellerbee on center seam sheaths.  Invaluable reread every time I got to work on one of these.

Perfect!

It "really" compliments your blade.

Thanks for sharing.

Yes, that's a nice center seam scabbard, it sure makes into a beautiful rig...

That whole rig looks nice and very desirable.  Those center-seam sheaths can be a pain to get to work in my experience.  A continuous taper knife like that one certainly stops a few potential problems.  God Bless,   Marc

Beautiful job and so complementary to the dirk.
