Does anyone remember a article with pics on a S. Boone rifle . It was to have been made by Squire . I think it was in a Muzzle Blast, it could have been in the 1970's or 80's. I saw it but can not remember where , i think it was at my dads house . I just remember the article and not what the gun looked like !

Would it be possible to share the information on which issue the "S. Boone" rifle article was in? I'd enjoy seeing the article and any pictures of it, and comparing it to two other "possible" Squire Boone rifles I"ve seen. Thanks, Shelby Gallien

I don't have the issue,  I only had a scan of a picture but Sam just emailed and said that was not it.

If i get any thing on the rifle i will let you know, this rifle was signed  S. Boone . It had pics of the signature and full length and butt/lock area. I think they where in black and white and am thinking 1970/80's .

As Squire Boone was apprenticed to his cousin, gunsmith Samuel Boone, it seems there might be a confusion of signatures "S. Boone"?
