I am looking for a blunderbuss barrel. Has anyone done business with Tennessee Valley Manufacturing in Corinth, MS 38834? They have a Blunderbuss Barrel: 14"x.75 caliber, Breeched, Straight Plug for $140 + shipping. Where do you guys get your barrels?

I dont have any experience with these Rice barrels but I would talk to Frank and see if he sells just the barrels.

I built the blunderbuss kit from TVM that has the same barrel you mentioned.  Although it had been well over 10 years and possibly close to 15 since then.  It has shot well and I have used both shot and roundballs in it.  Took one turkey with it using shot at about 10 yards.

I have built more blunderbusses than i ever thought I would.  All have head barrels made by Ed Rayl.  I have modified the barrels by adding muzzle rings that I thought more appealing on my own buss....and I had to add the same rings for a few custom busses I built for others.  I have used Ed's barrels in both steel and brass and in both 4 gage and 10 gage.  Some examples:

Steel, 4 Gage

Brass, 10 gage
