Help with identification or attribution

Looking for some help with identification as to where or who made this rifle. It was posted on the KRF Facebook page with no responses so I though I would try here.

Maybe north of Harrisburg.  Just a guess, but that's what comes to mind.  Nice rifle.  Unsigned?

Perhaps one of the Hess family made the gun. Certainly, the maker was well qualified. At first glance, one of the Schneiders came to mind, but I doubt that.
Nice rifle, Van and I hope that it hangs up on your wall. Thank you for posting the photos.
