Cool!  The interviewer is Tim Farmer.  He works for the Kentucky Dept. of Fish and Wildlife and hosts a weekly TV show, Kentucky Afield.  I'll bet this is a segment from that show.

The interviewer, Tim Farmer, lost the use of his arm in a motorcycle accident. That hasn't stopped him from shooting, hunting or fishing. He actually pulls a bow with his teeth and is pretty accurate.
