From the single view posted, we cannot tell if the rifle is a re-marked original rifle, or a modern rifle. The barrel marking is definitely not a commercial mark for a modern black powder rifle. It might be worth posting additional pictures of the rifle including: 1) a good view of both the front and back sides showing full butt out to about 8" past lock plate area, and 2) a full view of front side showing entire gun, so we can tell you what you really have. The gun may still be a worthwhile antique rifle, just carrying a modern/recent barrel mark that may, or may not, be valid for the rifle.
