Silver Gentleman's Cup

Finished up this silver cup this morning......it should be on my table at the Ft Loudoun Market fair next weekend.Stop by and say hi!!!!

Beautiful work !!!  Both the silver work and the engraving are superb.

Do you roll the upper lip ?  Or is it a separate piece silver soldered in place ?

On these I make the lip(top and bottom and handle) from drawn wire from ingots cast in shop.I've done rolled edges but they take a lot more time which raises the cup cost .

Thanks Mitch.  I can certainly understand why the rolled lip takes so much longer to do....and the wire lip looks great.
