Georgia horns

I am getting ready to help Art DeCamp with aGeorgia horn class at Conner Prariie. Just made these for practice.

Very nice Jim. I like all three. The dark one on the right is nicely "understated" in my eye.

Your "practice" horns are museum quality, IMO.  I concur with the posters who prefer that dark one.

I appreciate the feedback. The two painted horns are inspired by GA2 in Jay Hopkins book that has remanents of the original paint. I have examined this horn personally. Also Jay has several other horn in his book that have similar decoration. These were a learning experience.  I do tend to like the darker plain horns better

 I knew those Butts looked familiar, the tips and tacks from maybe 3 and 5. Very well done.
