Silver pistol ramrod tip

I have a Georgian Flintlock pistol that is missing the silver tip of the ramrod.  The tip would be about 7/8" to 1" in length and taper from 5/16" up to 7/16" inch with a closed end.  Does anyone know of a source either finished or rough?  Thanks.

I would make it out of sheet silver.  I doubt such an item exactly like you describe is available commercially.
