Several details on your rifle suggest it's most likely from New York or perhaps Canada above New York. These details include: 1) the single trigger, 2) guard with rolled spur at back, 3) butt without a lot of height, and 4) the small "break" or bend in the lower butt line where it suddenly tips upward at about the point of the guard's rear spur. The slightly longer-than-normal cheekpiece also supports the suggested origin.
Your gun has nicely figured stock wood. The current position of the rear sight suggests its barrel may have been shortened 3 or 4 inches at the breech, perhaps the reason for not having a maker's mark on the top flat.
