Probably not. Morphy Auctions handling Louie Parker's collection. Comes up in August I believe. Good luck chasing it!

Top Jaw,

It is not the same Eister, there's a picture of that rifle in the library here. I was at his house a month before he passed and spent the afternoon with him in his gun room. Louie's approval was the bench mark for me in rifle collecting.

I’m a big fan of Eister and this is certainly a fine one, but the engraving and the screw count on the auction gun do not match the gun pictured on the site from “Thoughts on the Kentucky…”

I think the write-up said the auction gun was similar to the one in Kindig, not the same one.
