Has anyone modified a siler frizzen?
« on: April 15, 2023, 09:28:07 AM »
Thinking of using a "gun builders" Siler to make a left-handed jeager lock without the bridle(Following Mike Millers dvd).
Thinking of making a new frizzen spring and maybe a new cock.
The Siler frizzen has a characteristic hollow at the base. Has anyone tried to fill this out by welding?

Best regards
Rolf
