You don't necessarily need a pattern. The frocks are nothing more than a square cut shirt. The last one I made was a square cut shirt that was several sizes larger than usual. I started a small cut at the bottom of the neck V and then tore the front down to the bottom. After fraying the tear and the bottom hems, I had a pretty decent wrap around hunting frock. The larger than normal size gave me plenty of material to wrap around.
