Flea Market horn find

Found this neat little horn today at the Tuckahoe Steam & Gas Show, always a nice flea market in the rear of the event. Marked as a drinking horn, in a box of old tools. 8 inches in length, brass has a nice patina, got it for $30. Guessing from the engraving mid to late 1800's?? Open to hearing any guesses or ideas...

I'm no expert, but a google image search came up with a bazillion of these horns on ebay and etsy. 1970s, USSR made, around 30 bucks.
