Matt Avance runs Tennessee Valley Muzzleloading in Natchez. Maybe he has a family member with first name beginning with R?

Richard Avance built it.
He worked for TVM back in the 90s I think.
I have a .58 early Virginia that he built. Nice gun. Good inletting.

Matt could engrave his own name, but Richard also did all their engraving on guns back then.
