Wanted: Information on Contemporary Iowa Based Makers

I made some rifles in Iowa before I was drafted. But that was 1969 at the latest. Made it for a friend in late 68 or maybe 69. Pretty plain. Walnut stained really dark.  Made the TG. Just a heal and toe plate. Russ Hamm “P Gonter” lock. Douglas barrel. It was sold by someone as being found in and old cabin in Easter Kentucky at one point. This photo came from the guy that owned it at one time. And yes it has my name cut in the barrel with a sharpened 3 cornered file. Grease hole with an 8 pointed star incised around it and at least one other thing that I did out of youthful ignorance. Sorry about the photo but it is what it is.
