Who makes tapered Fowler ramrod's?
Have one that just broke today?

I make my own.  Start with a 1/2" or bigger blank and start scraping.

You could get a blank & use the poor man's lathe. Chuck the blank up in a hand drill &  sand it down to the size & taper that you need. Keep the broken one for comparison as you sand the new one down. A kid or indulgent wife are helpful in keeping the trigger down on the drill while you sand.

I plane them tapered on the work bench.

Hold one end and plane away with a fine set block plane. Then sand.
Purple Heart is traditional and good.
