Silver Star Inlay

I normally would engrave something a little more traditional on a star inlay for the cheek rest. The customer I was building this rifle for passed away shortly after giving me the parts. His son called and said his father wanted me to finish the rifle anyway. So I decided to try to add something a little more on this rifle. The rifle is an Iron mounted southern rifle and except for a nicely figured piece of wood will be fairly plain. I thought it turned out pretty good and thought I would share it here.

You are setting the bar pretty high with that one, Bama! Nice design, excellent execution.
