Can anyone ID this Monty Mandarino rifle ?
« on: August 17, 2024, 02:12:55 AM »
I have a single picture of a gun that I thought I had several pictures of.... :o  And now I find I don't have any other pictures.  Can anyone point me to additional pictures of this Mandarino rifle ?

Thanks

R L Wilson (I think ) wrote a book called " Steel Canvas " that had some of Monty,s work pictured. It might be in there.  :-\

Monte told me that he made this one in 1980. Solid it for $2200.00. He offered to buy it back for that price. It’s one of those pieces that just can’t be topped.

Stoner Creek !!!

#@!! $#@*....I don't know why I am surprised that someone on this board would own this one....but I was just hoping that someone could point me to some additional pictures.  If I could ask, I would love to have as many details and photos as might be convenient for you to send me...and I would be happy to pay you for your time.  I am specifically interested in any and all the carving on this rifle. You can reach me at my email address or via PM if you are reluctant to post pictures on the board here.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Best,

david crisalli

PS.....I love this board for a lot of reasons....and this is one of them !!!  ;) :D
